An Optimal Simulation Configuration Method for Real-Time Simulation Based on Simulation Requirements

An optimal configuration method of simulation parameters, including the solver and step size each sub-model, is proposed to realize real-time virtual simulation. The content presented study threefold: firstly, requirements three modes, Model-Exchange, Co-Simulation, Hybrid are analyzed; secondly, mathematical descriptions problems constructed, which classified as an inequality problem two assignment problems, where decoupled; finally, procedure proposed, analysis corresponding design methods for configured parameters sub-model given. applied configure aeroengine control system model with 6 separate components, results verify effectiveness method. Specifically, feasibility sub-models reveal that 4 them meet while 2 numerically unstable, consistent verification results. Meanwhile, after redesigning infeasible using methods, all can their requirements. In addition, well several comparative configurations provided, show time consumption minimal it achieve performance.
